Terms & Conditions – Flat Deep Cleaning Services

Scope of Service: The flat deep cleaning service will be carried out strictly as per the agreed quotation, scope of work and selected service package.
Service Area: The quoted price is applicable to the flat area and property type specified at the time of booking. Any increase in area, additional rooms or additional work may attract extra charges.
Standard Cleaning: Cleaning will be performed using appropriate cleaning chemicals, equipment and machinery suitable for the surfaces and areas included in the agreed scope.
Heavy Dirt / Stains: Removal of old, stubborn, embedded or permanent stains, paint, cement, grout, rust, oil, adhesive, hard-water deposits or similar buildup cannot always be guaranteed. Additional charges may apply where specialised treatment is required.
Damage & Pre-existing Conditions: The service provider will not be responsible for damage caused by pre-existing defects, loose tiles, weak surfaces, deteriorated paint, damaged laminate, defective fittings, leaking plumbing, electrical faults or improperly installed fixtures.
Fragile & Valuable Items: Clients must remove or secure cash, jewellery, documents, electronics, valuables, antiques and other fragile or high-value items before the service begins.
Furniture & Heavy Items: Cleaning behind or underneath heavy furniture and appliances will be carried out only where the items can be safely moved. The client must provide assistance for moving heavy or sensitive items where required.
Water & Electricity: The client shall provide uninterrupted access to water and electricity required for carrying out the cleaning service.
Access to Property: The client must provide timely access to the premises, including access to all rooms, balconies, washrooms, kitchen areas and other locations included in the agreed scope.
Parking / Society Restrictions: Any parking charges, entry fees, society charges, lift restrictions or permissions required for service personnel or equipment shall be arranged or paid by the client unless otherwise agreed.
Additional Services: Any work not specifically included in the quotation will be treated as an additional service and will be undertaken only after confirmation of the applicable additional charges.
Height / Difficult Access: Cleaning requiring special access equipment, scaffolding, ladders beyond normal safe working limits, boom lifts or other specialised equipment may attract additional charges.
Service Duration: The estimated service duration may vary depending on the actual condition of the property, accessibility, furniture, level of dirt and additional requirements.
Inspection & Acceptance: The client or an authorised representative should inspect the completed work at the time of service completion and communicate any reasonable service-related concern immediately.
Re-cleaning Requests: Any valid complaint relating to the agreed scope should be reported within **24 hours of completion**. Re-cleaning, where applicable, will be limited to the originally agreed scope.
Exclusions: Unless specifically mentioned in the quotation, the service does not include pest control, plumbing, electrical repairs, appliance repairs, painting, waterproofing, debris removal, exterior facade cleaning or disposal of hazardous materials.
Payment: Payment shall be made immidiately after the service. Fail to release the payment on time subjected to 50% monthly interest on pending amount.
Cancellation / Rescheduling: Cancellation or rescheduling should be communicated in advance. Charges may apply where manpower, equipment or service slots have already been allocated.
Safety: Our team may refuse or postpone work where conditions are considered unsafe, including exposed electrical wiring, structural hazards, hazardous substances, excessive water leakage or other unsafe site conditions.
Final Charges: The final amount shall be based on the confirmed scope, property details and any additional services approved by the client. Any discrepancy in the information provided during booking may result in a revision of the quoted price.
